Job Description
You will be the face and voice of the company and be required to represent the organization in a courteous and professional manner. This role will provide a great deal of variety! In addition to the typical reception duties, you will have the opportunity to take on administrative tasks such as coordinating travel arrangements, ordering office supplies, coordinating details for meetings and assisting with ensuring the accurate and up to date information in their database. The ideal candidate will have excellent telephone skills and love working in a role where they will be able to take on additional duties! Duties & Responsibilities:
• Answer and direct all incoming calls in a courteous and professional manner.
• Greet clients and guests upon arrival and announce their arrival
• Inform staff of incoming faxes and deliveries immediately upon receipt
• Order and distribute office supplies
• Order all catering requests for client and executive meetings; set-up and clean meeting rooms
• Order and stock supplies for kitchens and unload dishwashers daily
• Manage basic requests for property manager
• Arrange travel for staff through corporate travel group
• Opening files in database and making appropriate status changes and updates
• Coordinate shipping of packages in the most cost-efficient manner
• Assist with Accounts Payable as required
