We are looking for an experienced business developer to help build an ecosystem of Add-on services in the SmartRecruiters Open SaaS platform.

We already have a number of established relationships with big vendors such as LinkedIn, Monster or Careerbuilder and are looking to expand our partnerships to better serve the thousands of SMBs who use SmartRecruiters to fill jobs.

Your primary responsibility will be to develop new partnerships with service providers in the recruiting space such as job boards, assessment providers, screening providers, RPOs and anyone with a solid product that can help make hiring easier for our customers.

The ideal candidate is a dynamic business developer who can work through a partner's organization from the ground up, evangelizing the SmartRecruiters model and building fairly strategic relationships.

Main Requirements:

- 5 years of business development or sales experience

- Strong knowledge of the recruiting industry

- Existing network of relationships with job boards, RPOs,...

- Understanding of the Recruiting SaaS landscape is a plus
