• Plan, design and implement building services and E&M systems.
• Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and other professionals to integrate building services systems into overall building designs.
• Participate in project meetings and contribute to problem-solving discussions.
• Apply computer-aided design software to create and modify system designs
• Provide technical support and advice to clients and team members
• Prepare technical reports, drawings, and documentation.
• Onsite working progress monitoring and testing inspection
• Ensure compliance with regulations and quality standards

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years' professional experience in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing Engineering
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g. AutoCAD, Revit) and MS Office suite.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Chinese and English. 
• Demonstrated time management and organizational skills 
• Ability to work on-site.
