Job Description
The role is responsible to provide marketing support on marketing campaigns and materials that differentiate AECOM, showcase the breadth and depth of the company’s capabilities, celebrate the people and projects, and help raise the profile and brand recognition of the company with existing and potential clients and broader external market.
- Create, edit, and format marketing and communications materials including collaterals and client presentations for internal and external audiences
- Provide clear recommendations / optimizations based on data to inform future strategic marketing campaigns
- Create capability statements and source project imagery and ensure alignment with AECOM brand guidelines
- Support in reporting needs and coordination and management of digital files
- Maintain the calendar of events for all major industry associations and ensure proper coordination of external and internal events
- Interpret / translate data to provide insights and key trends on global campaign performance, adapting for business stakeholders.
- Present data-driven insight reports on campaigns run by Global Business Line Marketing Directors to demonstrate impact against objectives in AECOM’s standardized format.
- Maintain relevant SharePoint material
- Create and maintain client databases and mailing
- Support meeting set-up through occasional minute taking and follow-up for key client and internal meetings
- Collaborate with Digital Media Adviser in drafting social media posts
- Support key projects and initiatives and stakeholder coordination
- Maintain SOP of current processes and incorporate documentation updates as required
- Perform moderately complex tasks in compliance with service level agreement, process, policies, and procedures
- Contribute specialized expertise and provide key updates to manager on project status
- Contribute to various and simultaneous process improvement initiatives to streamline processes, improve customer experience, and increase productivity
- Escalate issues and recommend resolutions and alternatives to manager
- May support junior members of the team in addressing routine issues
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications and related discipline, or equivalent experience in business-to-business marketing, public relations, and project management
- At least four (4) years of experience in a professional services environment or similar model
- Highly effective written and oral communication skills
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Office tools
- Experience in SharePoint and/or Salesforce CRM is an advantage
- Experience in taking briefs, following processes and procedures
