Perform System Architecture and Engineering activities as it relates to the Program and the supporting Projects. Specific responsibilities include:

• Analysis of AS-IS system architecture
• Define TO-BE architecture and support design and build of TO-BE system
  architecture
• Work across teams and client stakeholders in finalizing technical and system
  requirements as it relates to the to-be system architecture of ECON BPR
  re-engineering effort

Basic Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in doing the system design and development for web applications using JAVA/J2EE technologies and skills in the following areas: Web development using JAVA/J2EE, JSP or JSF, with tomcat or Jboss or webLogic application server, Java APIs for RESTful/SOAP web services, JSON, XML

• Knowledge and 6 months- 1 year of experience in using persistence products such as hibernate, JDBC, and any relational database such as Oracle or MySQL

• Development experience with 1 year spring MVC, Spring Batch framework, Java script, JMS

An active security clearance or the ability to obtain one may be required for this role.
