Are you an experienced marketing/advertising copywriter who is interested in joining an established ecommerce team and helping it grow its merchandise division via creative copy and content? If so, please apply to our Retail Copywriter position in our Retail Marketing Department. 

We’re a multi-channel retailer, with both B2B and B2C platforms including ecommerce, affiliations, corporate image/branding programs and in-person shopping events. As Retail Copywriter, you’ll create content designed to grow our business.

Responsibilities: 

•  Writes descriptions for all of the various products sold on ADVANCE Healthcare Shop and ADVANCE Custom Promotions. Also rewrites existing/older product descriptions if more details are discovered or if product blanks are swapped out. 
  

• Acts as the point person with Shop Design Services and the Buying Team to develop slogans/designs that are used for the new ADVANCE Healthcare Shop-exclusive products. 

• Works closely with multiple departments to maintain and update the individual affiliate landing pages and products for the Affiliate Program. 

• Researches product information and attends quarterly vendor meetings to ensure accuracy of product descriptions. 

• Develops content for the weekly ads that are featured on the ADVANCE Healthcare Shop Homepage. 

• Assists with the creation of ADVANCE Healthcare Shop ads/flyers handed out at hospital shows/affiliate events. 

• Creates copy for ADVANCE Healthcare Shop emails. 

• Writes/proofreads/revises paid search ad/Google AdWords copy campaigns.

• Constructs Banner Copy, Intro Copy and Articles for various event-, product-, and profession-based ADVANCE Healthcare Shop Landing Pages. 

• Develops fresh content for the Your Logo Here custom promotions blog. 

• Writes and researches Living Content SEO copy for retail landing pages. 

• Other necessary retail copy duties as they arise. 

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications or related discipline
  
• A minimum of 2 yrs. of retail marketing experience required
  
• Must possess excellent creative writing, grammar and spelling skills
  
• Be a continual learner, showing your curiosity and critical thinking
