Job Description
The Ignite Recruitment Marketing Manager is responsible for partnering directly with Programs and Business Development to support the marketing and branding portfolio of products. This individual will be helping our clients and prospects transform their employer brand through innovative strategies, driving digital transformation. The Recruitment Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategic employer brand and recruitment marketing strategies, that include digital (career sites, landing pages…) social media solutions and beyond to transform our clients’ employer brands. This person should be agile, have the ability to work in a fast paced, and at times ambiguous environment. Communication and presentation skills are critical, as this role will be client facing. This person is proactive, detail oriented, goal driven, and has a can-do winning attitude.
- Support the Head of Digital Marketing & Brand in recruitment marketing strategy execution, programme and business development support
- Support RPO Programmes in Recruitment Marketing strategy execution and on-going support and consultancy
- Create and execute employer brand, digital marketing strategies that help our client connect with and retain top talent.
- Partner closely with Regional Account Directors to provide recruitment marketing insights
- Work directly with the client to plan and execute the marketing strategy
- Build strong relationships with key leaders at our client to gain their trust and respect.
- Identify and create programs and content to grow client’s audience and drive engagement among the talent pool.
- Develop and manage our clients’ career content, including social media, blogs and talent communities.
- Work with and RPO team to provide tactical marketing support and training.
- Liaise with Ignite studio on the creation of unique content that makes our clients stand out and gets candidates excited to take the next steps in their candidate journey.

- Create internal campaigns to engage employees and convert them into brand ambassadors.
- Identify trends and new technologies in mobile, influencer partnerships and on-site customer engagement to help us stay ahead of the curve.
- Refine and execute influencer engagement strategy, develop and manage relationships with global online bloggers and content providers in our clients’ industries.
- Use market trends and data to inform employer brand strategy on a regular basis and provide recommendations to the account.
- Create and manage a 12-month recruitment marketing roadmap, creating goals and objectives for assisting with recruitment goals and pain points for the calendar year.
- Manage Marketing Specialists/Social Media Specialists to execute core programme deliverables
Qualifications
- 5+ years recruitment marketing experience with client interaction and presentation skills
- Demonstrated success in building recruitment marketing strategies and campaigns
- Experience with social media, content marketing, inbound marketing and digital marketing
- Excellent project management and presentation skills
- Working understanding of how to leverage new opportunities to maximize both social and career site experience (ex. personalization, images, etc.).
- Experience setting KPIS for measuring the success of recruitment marketing strategies and reporting on success
- Strong writing skills with a good grasp of tone
- Basic proficiency in graphic design, using programs like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Spark, etc.
- Basic proficiency in HTML and CSS
- Digital experience in editing and posting content through CMS/blog tools
- Proficient in publishing tools, such as Hootsuite, Spredfast, Tweetdeck or similar
- Proficient in marketing analytics tools, such as Hubspot, Socialbakers, Sprinklr or similar
