The role of a Recruitment Sourcing Specialist intern is to assist in all aspects of day to day life onsite, assist with recruitment drive events, store mapping, and manage all administration tasks and where relevant (inclusive of Candidate Management and database talent pool). Working closely with the Internal Recruitment Team, you will play a part and contribute towards the overall Delivery Team and has a responsibility to collaborate and knowledge share across the whole Allegis Global Solutions client portfolio.

Your Opportunity
The main responsibilities are per below but not limited to:
- Assist with booking interviews, video conferences, assessment centres and other recruitment events
- Maintaining timely and accurate information on all candidate interactions in the database, and updating our talent-pools, plus active & prospective pipelines
- Facilitate and conduct store mapping to gather local market intel, and capture up to date market intelligence via mystery shopping exercise and store visitations.
- Being the first point of contact for candidates, and delivering exceptional candidate care, assisting with any forms of online/offline communications as needed.
- Ad-hoc duties, as requested
Qualifications
Your Skills
- Prior experience in a fast-paced, client facing administration function ideally within the staffing industry or Corporate HR within a global organization
- Successful experience managing multiple tasks, and stakeholders at the same time
- Attentive to details, able to multi-task, and working under pressure and tight timelines.
- Sound communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to speak Chinese and English is greatly favoured due to requirements of this role.
- Needs to be flexible based upon changing client needs and workload allocation
- Ability to write client-oriented communications e.g. e-mails, interview arrangements, is a plus
- Functional computer skills and software knowledge, prior experience in using a ATS (Applicant Tracking System) would be highly advantageous
