The salary range for this position is PLN 14 200 - 19 690 in gross terms (contract of employment, tax-deductible cost)
Additionally, depending on your annual assessment and the company's results:
Annual bonus up to 10% of the annual salary gross
A hybrid work model requires 1 or 2 days a week in the office.
Join the xLab team and help us shape the design system of the whole Allegro app! Our team is responsible for developing reusable UI components used by over 50 product teams to build mobile and web screens. Our mission is to enhance developer experience, provide a coherent look and feel, and enable easy redesigns of the whole platform.

We are looking for developers who:
- Have a good understanding of Android SDK and mobile development techniques
- Know the good practices of creating design systems.
- Have a deep knowledge of Android UI Frameworks (View-based and Compose)
- Have a good understanding of Material Design principles and experience with Material Design components for Views and/or Jetpack Compose
- Are eager to learn and adapt to new technologies
- Possess strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically
- Have familiarity with Kotlin programming languages
- Can work effectively in a collaborative team environment
- Have excellent communication skills
- Are open to receiving feedback and have a willingness to improve
- Understand the importance of writing clean, maintainable code
- Have experience in using version control systems
- Know English at least at B2 level
The following are also a plus:
- knowledge of Figma
- basic knowledge of iOS, Swift, React, or TypeScript
- basic understanding of design tokens
