Job Description

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Perform Due Diligence on the vendor for external clients
  • Contact vendors for document and information collection based on their risk level
  • Perform vendor risk and performance assessments
  • Contribute to the definition of vendor categories, compliance requirements and tier vendors
  • Conduct regular audits of vendor documents including financial statements, information security audits insurances, business licenses and professional licenses.
  • Respond to any client requests from Service Delivery Leads and prioritize its completion
  • Collaborate effectively with the team by closely monitoring the compliance percentage for the clients and take the necessary action
  • Support all initiatives to improve and expand Operations function to serve the client better.

Key Result Areas:

  • Become an expert on the Due diligence process and procedures and Vendorly software
  • Complete Vendor network onboarding for new customers
  • Provide best service with on time and quality services

Qualifications

  • This position requires a minimum 1 year experience in vendor management and/or compliance roles and have basic knowledge on Financials
  •  Knowledge and understanding of basic financial and accounting principles in order to have sound judgment on vendors financial health
  • Candidate must speak and write English fluently at bilingual level, and have the ability to communicate in a professional manner.
  • Prior experience in US based voice process will be preferred.
  • The ideal candidate should have strong communication and analytical skills, and should possess the ability to work well with cross-functional groups.
  • Excellent organizational and follow-up skills are required. Experience with Microsoft Office tools will be valued.
  • A college degree from an accredited university is preferred.
