The Order Entry Clerk will be responsible for entering, updating and maintaining order records for the trading team.

• Accurately enter order details into the system for purchase and sales contracts
• Follow through on orders with appropriate departments
• Price shipping tickets for Montreal & Laval;
• Track market prices for orders with a non-fixed price
• Print sales reports by trader
• Keep records of all orders processed organized and up to date for easy access;
• Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed

• Proficiency in typing and data entry skills with accuracy and speed;
• Bilingualism (French, English), ;
• Strong attention to detail and aptitude with numbers;
• Autonomy, proactivity and able to work in a fast paced environment
• Excellent organizational and priority management skills.
