Job Description

Online Sales / e-Commerce - Luxury High End Product Sales & Customer Service Manager will manage a small team of customer service representatives.  Ideal candidates will have experience managing a team, CRM software experience, online order management and a commitment to superb customer service.  Candidates should thrive in a fast-paced environment and grow with the company to take on greater responsibility over time
 
Responsibilities:
  • Sales & customer service management
  • Use CRM software to track and manage sales targets, lead response, and customer service inquiries
  • Develop strategies for sales and service effectiveness
  • Identify and recommend new sales initiatives for accelerated growth 
  • Coach sales and customer service representatives on difficult customer situations
  • Lead customer contact for escalations and high priority inquiries
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and appointment

Qualifications

  •      3-5 years of sales and customer service management experience (or equivalent) 
  •      Experience managing a team of direct reports
  •      Experience with CRM software and systems
  •      Experience managing online orders and the backend of an e-commerce website. 
  •      Excellent written and verbal communications
