Job Description

Artistry Trainer position open for the Seattle area.

The Artistry Trainer will demonstrate the highest level of makeup artistry skills, have the ability to teach a variety of artistry techniques and ensure there is consistency in education for the brand. The Artistry Trainer will provide product knowledge, work with the ABH Field team in stores, lead by example and support high level trainings and events. The Artistry Trainer will observe, coach and provide artistry feedback.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-5 years in Sales, Training and Education in the Cosmetic Industry

• Demonstrated ability to inspire, coach and develop a team through feedback and hands on engagement

• Ability to work collaboratively and build positive/effective business partnerships

• Ability to interact with all levels of management in a fast paced, high growth, changing 
environment

• Ability to work independently to prioritize and achieve results.

• Must have outstanding interpersonal and communication skills (i.e.: verbal, written, group presentation and through facilitation)

• Proficient in Basics in Word, Excel, PPT

• Proficient in Google Drive preferred.

• Effective planning, organizational, and time management skills

• Clean 10-year driving record according to company criteria.
