Job Description

Who You’ll Work With

Arista Networks has an excellent consulting opportunity for a Technical Sales Recruiter with high energy and a go-getter-hunter mentality who is excited to take on a new challenge! Arista is growing it’s Sales talent in Japan and other APJ countries and is currently searching for a hunter-mentality sales Recruiter with excellent sourcing and Internet recruiting capabilities. This role will partner with Arista’s sales management team in the APAC region and focus on sales and technical sales openings of various levels. This assignment will initially be for a 12-month contract. and maybe ongoing based on performance.

The successful recruiter will have prior experience sourcing and hiring Sales Account Managers, Systems Engineers, and other tech support in software and hardware technology.

What You’ll Do

The ideal recruiter has sourced and placed Account Managers and sales Reps in the Networking Sector or sourced talent from networking giants like Cisco, Juniper, and other networking companies.

At a minimum, the candidate must have prior full life cycle sales recruiting expertise hiring sales talent who sell technology preferably into data centers environments IE. Networking, Security SW, and Storage solutions.

Qualifications

Core responsibilities will include:

  • Drive full life cycle recruiting process from sourcing to offer stage
  • Build a robust pipeline of sales talent
  • Collaborate with the team to understand the requirements of the role and assess screening criteria.
  • Resume review and prescreening
  • Sourcing and identifying candidates via social media outlets
  • Organize and schedule interviews and team debriefs while adhering to set timelines accurately
  • Creating an overall exciting and positive candidate experience
  • Native Japanese speaker and must be living in Japan
  • Partner and provide weekly updates to the Manager of Global Staffing in the USA - Santa Clara, CA
