Are you a naturally talented, “people” person who cares about the products you represent and the customers you service? Do you possess a professional presentation, excellent phone skills and the ability to multi-task efficiently? Are you detail-oriented, able to type a minimum of 35 wpm, and possess working knowledge of common Microsoft computer programs? Would you enjoy a social, upbeat, and fun work environment?

SELF-PACED COMPENSATION

Responsibilities:
• Service customers with questions or concerns regarding their purchase.
• Accurately record customer reports into the customer service module so there is an electronic record of all communication from the customer and the follow through discussed.
• Order and track parts until customer concern is resolved.
• Multi task on the telephone and computer through out the day. Handling 75-150 calls per day.
• Previous experience in customer service, providing an empathetic tone of voice and maintaining a professional, positive attitude at all times.
Qualifications
Job Requirements:
• Must be ready, willing and able to work day, weekends and holidays without any scheduling restrictions. Flexibility to work any and all shifts is required. ( rotating Saturday, closed Sunday)
• Must have exceptional verbal communication skills and demonstrate a high level of professionalism and common courtesy both in electronic format and on the telephone.
• Must be familiar with Windows computer programs & able to accurately type a minimum of 35 wpm, while communicating to a customer on the telephone.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions with minimal supervision.
• Must be able to work effectively as part of a growing team, working together towards common goals.
• Prior retail, hospitality and/or call center experience a plus
