Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated Cutover Manager with strong communication and management skills.
Our mission is to orchestrate end-to-end transversal services to successfully deliver projects, aiming for highest client satisfaction and fostering a culture of learning and collaboration.
Your key tasks
- Managing cutovers in a complex technical environment, which serve multiple customers and are developed in multiple international locations
- Managing and controlling your project, including transparent and meaningful reporting on scope, financials, progress, quality, risks and issues
- Introduction of specific measures to solve project issues and timely escalation to decision-making authorities if needed
Qualifications
- University degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Banking, Business or Economics
- At least 3 years of Project Management experience
- Experience in leading and managing interdisciplinary teams
- Conflict solving personality with good negotiation skills and the ability to work under pressure
- Entrepreneurship and a solution orientated problem-solving attitude
- Deliver appropriate and effective executive level communication
