ABOUT YOUR ROLE: As a part of the Regional procurement team , you will work closely with the product management team in driving specialty portfolios along with managing business outsourcing projects .Shall support category manager in developing and executing chemical sourcing strategies for the region

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

● Collaborate effectively within and across regional procurement teams, and global category leads to meet procurement objectives, KPIs

● Liaise with Stakeholders to bring newer technology/alternate suppliers /improve efficiency

● Develop and maintain ongoing relationship with suppliers to continuously improve performance and service level;

● End to end Toller management (from RFI to finalized vendors, rate, quantity, specifications, contracts )

● Monitor and update relevant departments regarding price fluctuations of goods and vendor pricing

● Tracking and analyzing spend data & other KPI across categories ● Closely monitor and maintain pricing master for India operations

● Collaborate with the Product management team in driving a specialty portfolio for India from procurement per se which includes identifying new suppliers as well as managing relationships with current ones.

● Support Regional category manager in driving procurement initiatives in chemical categories across the region

● Organize and lead Quarterly business review meetings with suppliers

B.E (preferably chemical engineering ) / Masters with 5+ years of experience in a similar profile

Key Requirements

• Commercially focused and pragmatic, 
• Ability to identify opportunities and propose solutions.
• Excellent communication skills ,
• Interpersonal and relationship management skills with ability to work collaboratively with both internal and external stakeholders .
• Good understanding of pricing / commercial terms , supplier contracts , NDA’s
• Proficiency in excel / google sheets
