Job Description
- Responsible for controlling finished products and input materials related to: quality, output and leadtime for inspection.
- Responsible for controlling the quality inspection team on the production line.
- Handling quality-related issues arising in the input inspection stage and on the production line. Working with related departments on the issue and following up actions with related parties until it is closed.
- Investigating and taking corrective and preventive actions related to quality issues that have been detected in the department under his/her management.
- Training and improving skills for the input QC team and on the production line.
- Establishing inspection/OPL instructions and training for inspectors if necessary.
- Managing approval samples for materials/finished products at the input IQC stage.
- Making weekly reports on the quality status, output and quality incidents in the area under his/her management.
- Other tasks will be assigned by superiors.
Qualifications
- Graduated from college or higher.
- Priority is given to candidates with experience working in the QA/QC department or having worked in a production environment.
- Have at least 1 year of experience and have managed a testing team of about 10-15 people.
- Problem solving skills, conflict resolution, logical thinking and effective communication skills.
- Teamwork skills.
- Proficient in using computers and Microsoft software (Excel, Power Point, Word), basic functions in Excel (if, ifs, sumifs, vlookup, pivot table...).
- Can read and understand English documents related to error standards.
