Overview:

RN, Clinical Associate

We are seeking a RN, Clinical Associate for our Minneapolis Adult office located in Plymouth, Minnesota. This role is ideal for someone desiring one-on-one patient contact in conjunction with supervisory responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Clinical Manager in performing admissions and reassessments.
• Assist with supervisory visits.
• Learn to mentor, develop and coach field staff.
• Build relationships with clients and families; become a trusted resource.
• Give and read PPDs.
• Review clinical documentation.
• This role includes responsibilities in the field. The goal is to grow into a full time Clinical Manager.

Qualifications:

• Current MN RN license in good standing
• Recent trach/vent experience
• Prior home care experience a plus
• Prior supervisory/management experience a plus
• All hands on deck attitude
• Ability to work in a team environment
