Would you like to be part of delivering complex software solutions for baggage handling systems in some of the biggest airports across the globe?

In Software Airports we implement complicated software solutions to control baggage handling systems in Airports world wide. You will be part of a team implementing baggage handling systems for airports around the world in close collaboration with other engineering functions such as mechanical and electrical engineering.

You will be part of a team, consisting of other Software Engineers, working together based on SCRUM. Across the department we have a significant focus on close collaboration, knowledge-sharing and personal development. We are highly focused on creating a strong social environment in order to create the best results together as a team.

We work with a lot of different and interesting tasks across the department, and some of the things you will be involved in could include:

  • Work with Front-end development in Angular and HTML5
  • Work with Back-end development in Java
  • Configuration and test of products to control the flow of the baggage.
  • Use complex emulators to emulate and visualize the effect of changes you make.

Gain valuable experience in an open, motivating and software specialist environment.
You will be part of the team on equal terms with the rest of your colleagues and as such be involved in the development process.

You will be assigned a dedicated mentor, who will ensure you have the support and tools and knowledge you need to get started, and who will be there to support you throughout the internship.

You will also have the opportunity to spend time with our interns from across the business, sharing your knowledge, experience and participate in social events .

The internship is paid and lasts appr. 5 months - the exact period will be agreed with your manager. And if both parties agree, it is possible to continue as student worker after the internship.
