Job Description
We have a great permanent opportunity to join BEUMER as a full time, dynamic Commercial Manager based in Heathrow. This individual will be responsible of all commercial and contractual aspects on the BUK Airport projects, Oversee the application for payments to the client and any subcontractors to manage and optimise the cashflow, as well as liaise effectively with counterparts on the clients side (and any subcontractors) to ensure timely closure of all points and issues on the contract (including the change management process), making sure they manage project budgets and internal/external reporting requirements as necessary.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities
- Commercial and contract management of the airport projects
- Full understanding of contract, scope of supply and related budgets
- Control of change management process
- Taking responsibility for the financial management of projects.
- Managing a commercial team across airport projects
- Cross border relationships with other BEUMER hub companies
- Protecting/maximising BEUMER returns on the projects
Qualifications
- Qualified Quantity Surveyor,
- Member of the Institute of Chartered Surveyors
- Member of the Institute of Chartered Surveyors or working towards the membership
- Degree level of Quantity Surveyor or quantity surveying experience.
