Job Description
For our Product Engineering department, we are looking for an independent and analytically strong Electrical Engineer. You will be part of a well-working and competent team whose primary task is to maintain and develop the electrical components and products for our fully automated baggage handling systems for airports all over the world.

Your new job
You will have your fixed base at our Aarhus office and will be a part of Airport Product Engineering, which consists of competent colleagues specializing in electricity, mechanics and PLC software. This is a versatile and international job with around 10-20 travel days annually which will give you the opportunity to see the results of your – and your colleagues' – efforts on site.
More specifically, your tasks will include:
- The maintenance, continuous improvement, and development tasks on our electrical systems and parts, including drawings, diagrams, parts lists, and documentation.
- Shared responsibility for electrical concepts and systems for our products.
- Developing project specific products.
- Project management with regards to customer deliveries.
- Testing products, parts, and project specific solutions in the test centre.
- Troubleshooting on parts and products.
- Supporting production with trouble shooting on challenges in regard to electric components and electric assembly.
Your profile
As a person you are independent and have an analytical as well as a structured approach to your tasks. You have the capability to prioritize, plan, and complete on schedule in an environment where several tasks must be handled simultaneously. Furthermore, you are a team player who appreciates confidence, humour, and an informal tone in the workplace.
In addition, you bring the following competencies to the job:
- An education as MSc/BSc or similar relating to the job content
- Experience with similar tasks, and it will be a great advantage if you also have experience with electrical systems and parts in connection with frequency converters, motors, servo systems, PLC etc.
- Experience in FieldBus systems, EPlan, and the Machinery Directive will be a further plus.
- Fluency in English. Danish proficiency - or willingness to learn it - is an advantage.
