As Executive Assistant to the CEO in BEUMER Group Denmark, you will play a central role in the realization and implementation of strategic and operational topics. This position opens opportunities for a professional or management career in our company.
Supporting the executive management
You will be part of the fast-paced everyday life of the executive management, primarily supporting the CEO. Your responsibility is to support the executive team with strategic projects and preparation of presentations in both internal and external contexts. In some projects, you will act as the project manager taking the lead and be responsible for measures that contribute to achieving the strategic goals and coordinate the timely implementation. More specifically, your tasks are to:
- Coordinate and independently take responsibility for strategic projects
- Prepare presentations and analysis for decision making
- Prepare data and conduct analysis on various projects
- Be responsible for the preparation and follow-up meetings and events as well as the creation of content for internal and external communication
A strong communicator with technical understanding
This role calls for a driven, communicative, and strategic profile with profound analytical skills. Collaboration across the organization will be a key part of your work, and it is a great strength that you thrive with a wide range of contacts across all levels in the organization, both locally and globally. - A degree in Global Business Engineering, business administration, or a comparable subject with a focus on strategy and management
- Knowledge of strategy implementation and project management
- Preferably relevant professional experience in the field of assistance or management consulting in a project-oriented company
- Strong conceptual and methodological skills
- Fluency in English
