A BOI promoted Thai-Japan-German JV in major manufacture of automotive part with Worldwide export. Our located in Amata City, Rayong Province (40 min from Pattaya, 90 mins from Bangkok), is a growing plant with about 1,000 employees. Currently products for the divisions Chassis Control, Powertrain Solutions, Diesel Systems and Electrical Drives are produced there. Also pass-through business is handled for several divisions.

• Planned maintenance and predictive maintenance.
• Eliminate unplanned machine breakdown (Repair, analysis root cause, sustainable countermeasure and establish standard).
• Prepare appropriate machine spare parts to avoid long time machine breakdown and support total productive maintenance plan.
• Record, tracking, analysis main KPIs and PDCA improvement cycle to achieve target.
• Create work instruction, total productive maintenance plan and predictive maintenance plan.
• New machine installation ,prepare total productive maintenance plan, MAZE BOM and appropriate spare parts for new machines.
• Support external and internal audit.
• Contribution target of ISO14001 and ISO45001 target.
• Optimize MAZE stock.
• Team development skill.
• Maintain SAP and S4-HNA for Maintenance

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical engineer.
• Experience in CNC machine maintenance at least 7 years.
• Maintenance management skill.
• Problems solving skills.
• Strong leadership.
• Special Skill: CNC Machine repair and preventive maintenance.
• Able to communicate in English.
• CNC machine controller, PLC, HMI, Servo motor,Robot,Vision Camera, inverter
