• Responsible for the project management from product concept until mass production.
• Organize and host the project regular review meeting with project development team members
• As a project manager, responsible for a product development time to market by managing and coordinating the resource / cost / risk.
• Closely coordinate with project stakeholders like product manager, quality department, manufacturing department, Logistic, engineering department, and responsible for regular review with project review committee.
• Closely tracking the project progress and schedule, solve the conflict and leading the communication in the team.
• Responsible for the target cost in project development phase.

• Minimum 5-years' experience in related role. Have work experience in international enterprises is preferred.
• Good Entrepreneurial Mindset with strong results and future orientation, independent and self-starting personality
• High leadership competence, ability to inspire, empathize and motivate the team
• Good Social Competence with strong cooperation, presentation, and communication skills
• Technical skills in hardware or SW development are desired
