Job Description

Responsibility:

  • Cascade business target from SWS-CN and define short- and long-term business growth strategy for responsible areas together with SWS2-CN team
  • Driving (closed-loop & data driven) for business performance and achieving annual target, incl. networking scaling, Bosch parts pull, direct sales product T/O, operational excellence target, service fee target, customers satisfaction etc.
  • Acquiring and developing right customers and business partners to realize high market penetration and networking density
  • Preparing the team and cross-functions for the dynamic market, in terms of electrification, new trend, customer needs, new player etc.
  • Building up a team for today’s performance and tomorrow’s growth

 

Key tasks:

  • Customer visit and market information collection to provide reference for strategy build-up
  • Leading SWS1-CN team to achieve assigned KPI
  • Regular relationship management with existing customers to achieve basic turnover growth and service fee collecting
  • Take responsible for customers' monthly rolling forecast and coordinate different team in Bosch to make sure target achievement
  • Drive to give solutions to complaints from customers / partners
  • Communicate and collaborate with cross-function
  • Responsible for annual planning and reporting, including BP planning, cost, HC, etc.

Qualifications

  • Sales experiences in automotive industry or FMCG with solid business performance preferred but open for other industry background
  • Strategic thinking and act by thinking ahead and taking chances
  • English as one of working language for daily communication, seminar, and presentation
  • Strong people leadership
  • Highly self-motivated with guts
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with internal and external stakeholders especially handling conflicts
  • Very good at working under pressure
  • Both future and result-oriented
