Mechatronic components (gas injector, valve, mixer, distributor, after treatment...) development engineer for alternative fuel (H2, natural gas, methanol…) system of commercial vehicle.
Job Description
• Component level requirement engineering: collect and clarify customer requirements and system level requirements，derive them to component requirement
• Component concept and function design
• Deep diving of physical module of design
• Support experiment definition based on function request and related assessment
• Drawings creation & maintenance in Creo/PDM-LINK
• Parts lists creation & maintenance in SAP-PDM
• Design release and technical support to manufacturing
• Customer technical support
• Fulfilling tasks of documentations according to development process
Qualifications
- Engineering or technical Master Degree from a good university
- Quick in understanding technical relations and consequences
- Good team-working capabilities
- Broad technical background
- Capable to organize her/his own work
- Capability to draw component and assembly
- Being able to use CAD Systems (Pro Engineer necessary)
- Understanding of Electronic Engine Control Units, Hydraulics, Mechanics, Electronics
