Job Description
Your contribution to something big
You will be part of a Nordic marketing department, where we help each other and always challenge the way we do marketing in our business across the countries.
The position is located in Ballerup, not far from Ballerup train-station, with good parking options.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Nordic responsible for our Bosch Climate Partner Loyalty program.
- Nordic responsible for our CRM system
- Follow-up on sales KPI’s for our loyalty program and CRM
- Support and help to our partners and installers
- Alignment on processes and responsibilities to ensure a good customer experience
- Coordinating and executing events and fairs
- … And many other interesting marketing tasks
Qualifications
What distinguishes you:
To be a success in this role, we expect our new colleague to have the below profile:
- Marketing, Communication, or business education or similar – but most important is that you understand how processes and business can be combined with marketing
- Preferably experience with a loyalty program and CRM
- Fluent in English and at least Swedish or Danish (both will be an advantage)
- Have several years of experience in a similar position with measurable results
- You are detail oriented and make sure deadlines are kept
- You are solution oriented and customer oriented
