Key Responsibilities

• Financial Planning & Analysis:
  • Partnering business segments to develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and long-terms planning, including scenario modelling and business cases.
  • Providing detailed financial analysis, tracking business performance against target, highlighting business risks and opportunities, to provide actionable insights to improve profitability.
• Business Partnering:
  • Evaluating margin and EBIT of new launches, including providing financial evaluation on manufacturing location decision
  • Supporting commercial teams on assessing business performance
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to management, providing financial guidance and supporting strategic initiatives.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Stakeholder Communication:
  • Presenting financial results to management with key messages
  • Communicating complex financial data to non-financial stakeholders in a clear and understandable way
  • Acting as the contact window to central finance team and digital team

      Capacity

• Business partner to entry level market segment (60%), 1 day/week in Suzhou Bosch site
• Business partner to professional market segments (20%)
• Business unit controlling topics (20%)

• Professional Competence:
  • University degree in Finance/ Controlling or related field
  • Min. 5 years professional experience in Business Unit/ Legal entity
  • Very good knowledge of MS tools, especially Excel
  • ERP system and Digitalization tool experience
  • Good presentation skills
  • Fluent in English
