As Data Steward for Customer Master Data, you will be part of the new company to be set up this year and thus contribute to a globally networked team of +4300 colleagues operating in over 50 countries.
Job Description
Your contribution to something big:
- You are interested to support our Sales teams by providing and provisioning customer master data
- You provide up-to-date customer master data to ensure smooth business processes in regards to customer orders, billing and quotation processes
- You are in close alignment with an international team to understand their requirements in regards of purchasing and sales data and to define its data quality
- Mass change data to either increase data quality or to meet new business requirements
- Provide key user documentation and run key user trainings to ensure correct usage of processes and to reduce support requests
- Propose improvements to either increase data quality or to make business processes more efficient.
Qualifications
What distinguishes you:
- Studies in data management, business informatics, data stewardship or similar
- You are passionate in topics of data management and building up a strong process and foundation for digital offers
- You have a strong structural and precise way of working
- Strong knowledge in Excel
- First basic knowledge in SAP would be helpful
- You like working in an international and motivated team that keeps in contact closely
- Experiences in agile working methods are helpful
- Advanced English skills
