Job Description
Systems Analysis & Optimization:
- Review and evaluate SaaS systems in use to ensure alignment with business objectives and technical requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their processes and requirements (business process mapping).
- Identify system gaps or inefficiencies that hinder productivity or fail to meet business objectives.
- Provide project management for system updates / changes.
- Assist in RFQ process for selecting SaaS systems.
Coordination of APIs, Databases, and Dashboards:
- Coordinate the integration of APIs/Data Lake’s to ensure smooth data exchange between systems and third-party tools.
- Coordinate the design, maintenance, and optimization of databases.
- Coordinate the development and management of dashboards and reporting tools, ensuring that data is accurately represented and readily accessible to stakeholders.
Authorization & Access Management:
- Create and maintain user authorization concepts and documentation.
- Administer user access and permissions across 3rd party systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues relate to user access and permissions.
Compliance Monitoring & Coordination:
- Monitor systems to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal security policies.
- Responsible for all compliance requirements (annual operator self checks, operating manuals, LEANIX etc.)
Adhoc Tasks: Related to IT
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in IT administration or similar role.
- Familiarity with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure), SaaS platforms, databases, data management tools, and data visualization tools.
- Strong knowledge of process analysis and improvement methodologies.
- Excellent documentation, organizational and communication skills.
- Demonstrated project management skills.
- Ability to identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements within workflows and systems.
- Experience in gathering business requirements, analyzing data, and documenting findings.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively across internal and external teams, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel for business as required.

Additional Information

The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $95,000 - $120,000 per year. Within the range, individual pay is determined based on several factors, including, but not limited to, work experience and job knowledge, complexity of the role, job location, etc.
