Job Description

  • You will focus on a defined geographical region or manage a portfolio of key named accounts to drive growth.
  • Your clients will be major conglomerates in KSA, operating across diverse industries, including Automotive Manufacturing, Industrial Manufacturing, Component Manufacturing, Insurance, Real Estate and Retail.
  • Your role will be to leverage the company's strengths to generate new business from these target accounts across the various sectors.
  • The Sales Manager reports directly to the KSA Country Head, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Master of Business Administration and more than 10 years' experience as a sales manager.
  • Lead and inspire a team, providing strategic guidance and fostering a culture of excellence.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and expand market share.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on key sales metrics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales with business objectives.
  • Use market research and competitor analysis to adapt sales strategies.
  • Lead negotiations and manage contract processes, including local alliances and sales partners.
  • Fluent in Arabic.
  • Strong foundational knowledge in information technology, including hardware, software, and IT services.
