Job Description
Your contribution to something big:
- Be part of the global Production Test Engineering team of XC in Braga.
- Contribute with your ideas for process, methods and test solutions from acquisition to series-care.
- Collect, manage and review test requirements with HW, SW, system development and production teams.
- Develop product manufacturing test concepts.
- Develop and implement the production test and alignment specification.
- Commissioning of test specification in the production and follow-up implementation.
- Perform test coverage analysis to review and adapt test specification.
- Improve existing test methods focusing on test coverage, test cycle time and cost efficiency.
- Support plants in troubleshooting technical issues.
- Collaborate with product and test automation experts on test methodology development.
- Close cooperation with multiple manufacturing locations.
Qualifications
What distinguishes you:
- Bsc/Msc degree in electrical engineering.
- Good knowledge in analogue and digital electronic design / analysis.
- Ability to plan and lead test development activities and factory deployment.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, structured approach.
- Experience in electronics manufacturing.
- Proactive with strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Fluent English communication (verbal and written).
- Open minded for intercultural collaboration.
