Responsible for industrialization of new product in Bosch China, including:

1. Process design and optimization from prototype to mass production;

2. Efficiency and cost control of production system;

3. Integration advanced manufacturing technologies;

4. Cross department collaboration and production standardization

5. Risk management and continuous improvement

1. Master degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or related fields

2. High motivation, strong inner drive;

3. Strategic planning skills;

4. Strong leadership mindset and good cooperation;

5. Industrialization experience (e.g. Process Development, Special machinery, Manufacturing planning), high affinity for digitalization, intercultural competence

6. German / Excellent English language competence is preferred

Potential rotation opportunity:

Rotation opportunities in between different manufacturing technical departments (sample shop, process development, special machinery) and also manufacturing department for the new product, with several weeks in leadplant in Germany.
