Job Description

Robert Bosch Angola is looking for an experienced Key User Manager, who is a direct Sales Associate with a strong sales development profile to support business development

  • Hunting Customers: Responsible for creating relationships with consultants to gain insight on lists of available projects and contractors.
  • Define the potential of each Customer (number of project & Budget per project)
  • Build strong Network with the clients.
  • Technical and Financial comparison Vs competition by defining the right product portfolio for customer needs and Evaluating and defining price offers and discounts after aligning internally
  • Planning for high level of coverage (using Weekly plan and daily report)
  • Writes and submits tenders.
  • Responsible for providing inputs (Deliveries, payments, etc …)
  • Conduct Safety training Demonstrations and Product show (direct sales or indirect sales for supporting our Dealer business)
  • Propose solutions for Application on job site. 
  • In case of lost projects, Responsible for identifying reasons why projects were lost and responsible for better understanding customer needs, build relationships to better position offers in future opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Degree in engineering or related field 

Experience Required

  • 3 years of experience in field 
  • Entrepreneurial thinking
  • Engineering Background is advantagous 
  • Autonomous working manner
  • Sales knowledge: negotiation skills, customer orientation
  • Basic analytical skills
  • Willingness to travel
