Job Description
System Configuration & Documentation:
• Maintain overall system configuration and adhere to change control protocols.
• Customization of declarative components such as fields, page layouts, record types, searching, list views, queues, reports, and dashboards.
• Maintain security such as user accounts, mobile user accounts, sharing rules, user roles, user profiles, field level security, content folder rights, groups, list view rights.
• Ensure technical documentation.
• Create and update reports and dashboards following best practices.
Deployment and Support:
• Provide high-quality support to users with tasks and problem-solving technical inquiries.
• Support deployments and work with the Team towards continuous integration.
• Support End Users to clean, manipulate, and update data.
Security & Data Management:
• Maintain security such as user accounts, mobile user accounts, sharing rules, user roles, user profiles, field level security, content folder rights, groups, list view rights.
• Ensure compliance with data security, privacy, and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- At least 2,5 years in-depth working knowledge in Salesforce Ecosystem.
- Strong technical skills in Salesforce Administration, including in-depth knowledge of flows, approval process, validation & sharing rules, and familiarity with Salesforce platform features and limitations.
- Apply CRM best practices, Salesforce objects and the relationships between them.
- Knowledge about Salesforce status accounting – ownership of information such as data storage, government limits.
- Experience handling change requests and evaluating efforts necessary.
- Familiarity with VS Code and Dev Ops Centre is a plus.
- Notable experience in Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Field Service Lightning. Experience in Manufacturing, and Maintenance industries is beneficial.
- Analytical business process development & problem-solving skills. Versed in logical constructions of code syntax and formula creation.
- Proficiency with data manipulation tools and uploading techniques such as Data Loader, Workbench, Excel, Plug-Ins.
- Capabilities in troubleshooting and fixing system issues.
- Experience creating clear and concise documentation that is maintained and archived.
- Exceptional skills in analytical development and problem solving.
- Versed in agile methodology/processes; Bringing in strong interpersonal and communication skills; Team-oriented work.
- Candidate holds relevant Salesforce certifications, such as Administrator, App Builder, Sales Cloud Consultant Certification or Service Cloud Consultant.
- Fluent written and spoken English, German is an advantage.
