As Technical Communicator you will be part of the new company to be set up this year and thus contribute to a globally networked team of +4300 colleagues operating in over 50 countries.
Job Description
Your contribution to something big:
- Create and maintain technical documentation for security products, software and services, in English, according to internal and external standards;
- Manage localization and proofreading processes;
- Manage review and approval of hardware and software documentation by the relevant stakeholders;
- Prepare multichannel publishing of technical documentation;
- Improve processes in software documentation and tools;
- Support development and delivery of smart information.
Qualifications
What distinguishes you:
Degree, preferably in Technical Communication or Language Sciences, or Engineering degree with experience in technical communication;
Experience in technical documents writing for hardware and/or software products, preferably on application programming interface (API) writing;
Strong writing skills in English, with proven, advanced skills in grammar and proofreading;
Knowledge in project management of software documentation, and programming languages;
Experience working directly and communicating with engineers and other subject matter experts, in an agile environment;
Experience with content management systems, preferably Schema ST4, and/or authoring tools;
Experience with translation management tools, preferably Passolo;
Experience in and/or relevant understanding of metadata management and implementation.
