Join our team as a pivotal player in our retail and e-tail strategy implementation.

You will take on a dual role as a regional e-tail channel manager in Eastern Europe (PL, CZ/SK, UA) and local (PL) retail key account management. You will be at the forefront of driving our retail and e-tail initiatives in our region.

On this position you will report directly to the E-tail manager EU (based outside Poland).

  • Winning new e-tail business and ensuring the smooth on-boarding of new clients in PL and CZ/SK
  • Market and potential analysis, gaining new e-tail local and international customers, collaboration with existing
  • Strategy preparation for respective countries according to the EU strategy (for retail and e-tail for the whole product portfolio)
  • Marketing support for e-tail customers - overseeing the translation of B2C content, and coordinating the delivery of data and marketing assets and retail customers as well. Collaboration with local MK team
  • Building strong relationships with retail and e-tail clients and delivering high customer service
  • KPIs monitoring on KPIs (margin, sales, growth, service level, share of account…).
  • Negotiating and putting into action commercial and legal agreements
  • Collaboration with Head Quarter and with local and international sales teams

Qualifications

Profile:

  • Master's degree (in Sales/Marketing or Engineering will be an asset).
  • Fluent in Polish and English.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Experience in negotiations and agreements preparationsSales skills and experience.
  • Strong interest in data and figures.
  • E-commerce or digital communication experience/knowledge will be an asset.
  • Willingness to travel for customer and internal meetings within your assigned region.
  • Problem-solving skills and critical thinking to propose mutually beneficial solutions.
  • Experience abroad or in an international/intercultural context.
  • Flexibility, autonomy, collaboration, results orientation, and future focus are essential for success.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
