BSH was founded in Germany in 1967 as a joint venture of Robert Bosch GmbH and Siemens AG, becoming 100% owned by the Bosch Group in 2015.

Initially, we were a German exporter, but we've evolved into one of the world's leading home appliance manufacturers with around 40 factories worldwide.

Our product portfolio includes large home appliances such as cooktops, ovens, extractor hoods, dishwashers, washers, dryers, fridges, and freezers.

We also offer small home appliances like vacuum cleaners, espresso machines, and other kitchen appliances.

Objective: Provide supervision, guidance and support to all team leaders and operators and ensure that all teams are operating efficiently and meeting production targets (KPIs).

Functions:

• Supervise plant operations in accordance with plant policies and procedures
• Enforce/improve standards of safety and ergonomics, quality, productivity, and housekeeping with respect to 5S standards. All aspects of production are to be driven by lean manufacturing principles
• Allocate labor in response to fluctuating orders; set priorities for production. Guide teams in productive recordkeeping of scrap, traceability, downtime, rejects, and required control plan checks
• Guide labor by enforcing the handbook policies (i.e. absenteeism, standards of conduct, discipline, etc.). Train, coach, mentor and lead plant hourly employees for improved performance.
• Immediately inform appropriate personnel of issues including downtime, quality, component quality, and availability that are an obstacle to production.

Mandatory Qualifications

• Intermediate English skill level.
• Experience in manufacturing processes, TPM, 5S, 8D’s, SPC, lean manufacturing.
• Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering.
• Leadership experience in production plants.
