This site is the integral manufacturing plant and R&D Center. It is the first smart factory in Thailand. It will enable us to respond to growing automobile production in Thailand and to serve international as well as local automotive customers on the spot. The supplier of technology and services is focusing heavily on connected manufacturing at the factory.

Manufacturing Plant: The plant is producing two major product categories: connectors and fuel injection units. Connectors are a booming segment with growth potential in the ICE- and EV-market. The factory is also the first plant for the manufacturing of gasoline injection systems in Thailand. It is capable of producing millions of fuel injector units every year and can meet the increasing demand of our customers in the region.

R&D Center: The R&D office and laboratory are located on same site as production. In order to have dedicated laboratory accommodating automotive specific machine and equipment such as fuel testing benches and Noise, Vibration, Harshness chambers.

1. Perform SEM-EDX & FTIR measuring 

• Small particle from cleanliness & washing process for SEM-EDX and FTIR 
• Liquide measuring by FTIR 
• Pre-investigation and report to supervisor

2. First Analysis a SEM-EDX and FTIR result 

• Serching in material data base, comparation report 
• Create SEM-EDX and FTIR report and provide to supervisor 

3. Measuring Equipment performacnce & Monitoring 

• Daily check and setup parameter of SEM-EDX & FTIR machine 
• Coordinating with calibration team & supplier for machine calibration, PM and any case 
• EDX, FTIR Software application review and implementation fit for Bosch requirement. 

4. Other assignment job from supervisor 

Educational Background

• Bachelor's degree or above in chemical, material engineering or other related fields

Qualifications

• Strong Experience in Metallic and experience to lead team
• 3-5 year working experience in material analysis
• Understanding of operational of SEM-EDX and FTIR machine 
• Knowledge of material analysis both organic & In-Organic 
• Understanding of material spectrum of EDX, FTIR 
• Advance machine operation EDX, FTIR 
• Good in English for communication
