Job Description
Job Summary
Field technical support for RB products application(present core business ) including FIE, DeNOx, 48V BRS,
- Technical support customer to fast handle claims (0-km, field )
- Field improvement activities to reduce warranty cost
- Technical training to OEM to improve customer diagnose and maintenance capability
- Launch customer line walk
Roles and Responsibilities
Technical support customer to fast handle claims in field
- Onsite/remote support customer with smart diagnose concept
- Handle claims with problem solving, 8D step
- Lessons learned/competence transfer internally and FTA maintenance.
Field improvement activities to reduce warranty cost
- Field monitoring to collect market information via Market survey and big data analysis
- Joint field activities to reduce NTF and unnecessary parts exchanges in the field
Technical training to OEM to improve customer diagnose and maintenance capability
- Support customer to set up OEM training team
- Training customer trainer to improve customer service competence
Launch customer line walk
- Early detection, prevention and elimination of weaknesses of the ramp-up of Bosch products in the customer plant
- Support customer to set up assembly tec. competence & process.
- Minimization of customer and end-user complaints (0-km, field )

Educational Background
- Bachelor or above, major in engine and vehicle
Language:
- Basic English speaking

- Engine and vehicle knowledge
- FIE, DNOx application
- EDC function
