Overall responsible for RB ECU field quality performance and improvement @ customer side

• Regular present and review on ECU field quality performance to DM & AM
• Lead ECU quality improvement projects
• Responsible for trouble shooting on critical ECU complaint
• Others

Roles and Responsibilities

Regular present and review on ECU field quality performance

• Top failure modes
• Failure root causes   
• Corrective actions

Lead ECU quality improvement projects

• Define and implement field countermeasures
• Achieve quality targets of both customers and Bosch

Responsible for trouble shooting on critical ECU complaint

• Provide FTA for trouble shooting
• D2 description
• Identify the root cause

Qualifications Requirement

Educational Background

- Bachelor or above, major in engine and vehicle

Language: 

- Basic English speaking

Job Relevant Knowledge and Experience

-   Engine and vehicle knowledge

-   Sensors and actuators working principle knowledge

-   Good knowledge on electrical circuit & electronic parts

-   Familiar with communication protocols of CAN, J1939/UDS/XCP

-   Familiar with Bosch EDC system software
