Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for modeling internal requirements for document management (PDM) in SAP R3 and S4 systems
  • You will be responsible for the implementation / configuration in the systems either yourself or in collaboration with other teams you consult other teams in the implementation
  • You work closely with our internal customers to gather and discuss document management related business requirements
  • You consolidate the requirements, derive the technical concept, design solution and align it with architects
  • Analyze existing document management processes at our clients and identify optimization potentials
  • Advise and implement document management solutions in SAP and non-SAP environments
  • Support the integration of document management systems into existing IT infrastructures
  • Train and assist users in utilizing the new systems
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop tailored solutions

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification
  • In-depth knowledge of document management systems, particularly in SAP and other relevant technologies including
    • Customizing in SAP standard
    • Customer specific integrations and solutions
  • Classification
  • Authorization concept
  • Basic skills in ABAP/4, ABAP OO development, debugging skills
  • Experience in analyzing SAP technical objects settings (ABAP workbench and dictionary)
  • Basis knowledge of technical interfaces for data distribution (e.g. EDI/ALE, ODATA services, …)
  • Experience in consulting and implementing IT solutions
  • Excellent English language skills (written and verbal)
  • Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex issues clearly
