Job Description
Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for modeling internal requirements for document management (PDM) in SAP R3 and S4 systems
- You will be responsible for the implementation / configuration in the systems either yourself or in collaboration with other teams you consult other teams in the implementation
- You work closely with our internal customers to gather and discuss document management related business requirements
- You consolidate the requirements, derive the technical concept, design solution and align it with architects
- Analyze existing document management processes at our clients and identify optimization potentials
- Advise and implement document management solutions in SAP and non-SAP environments
- Support the integration of document management systems into existing IT infrastructures
- Train and assist users in utilizing the new systems
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop tailored solutions
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification
- In-depth knowledge of document management systems, particularly in SAP and other relevant technologies including
- Customizing in SAP standard
- Customer specific integrations and solutions
- Classification
- Authorization concept
- Basic skills in ABAP/4, ABAP OO development, debugging skills
- Experience in analyzing SAP technical objects settings (ABAP workbench and dictionary)
- Basis knowledge of technical interfaces for data distribution (e.g. EDI/ALE, ODATA services, …)
- Experience in consulting and implementing IT solutions
- Excellent English language skills (written and verbal)
- Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex issues clearly
