- Global category buyer for stamping/metal assembly parts;

- Handle commercial purchasing topics e.g. sourcing activities in response to RFQC according to Bosch process; commercial terms negotiation with supplier etc.

- Contribution to development of global category strategy with regional insights/inputs;

- Supplier management & supplier strategy (supplier development or consolidation), definition of sub-category strategy acc. to RB internal and external requirements in case necessary;

- Cost analysis and management, conduct annual price negotiation with suppliers, market scouting/analysis and cost benchmarking, drive and support on cost down activities;

- Capacity management, Contract management, Supply chain risk management;

- Bachelor degree or above, engineering background preferred, from renowned university as plus

- Good communication and negotiation skills, ability to manage business relationship with international stake holders and suppliers

- Good analytical skill, logic thinking, open and innovative mindset

- Self-motivating and able to cope with difficult situation, team player with flexibility

- Fluent in English, knowledge in German is plus

- Experience on commercial purchasing and digitization would be preferred
