Job Description

  • Manage the financial reporting for the respective business unit. This includes Annual budgeting and Quarterly forecasting.

  • Monthly KRA reporting, Variance analysis, and sharing Business insights, risks, and opportunities with Senior management and the Business leadership team. 

  • Deriving customer Pricing

  • Facilitate business goals and link KRA

  • Facilitate strategy formulation by providing business insights from operational & financial data analysis, market analysis, and trend analysis.

  • Closely work with the resources managers on demand planning and resource allocation to maximize revenue.

  • Perform ad-hoc Financial Analysis and Business Analytics based on Management requirements.

  • Drive Business Transformation by streamlining Business Processes to optimize performance and working on various automations of reports.

  • Focus on bottom-line improvement for the respective Business unit.

  • Risk Management to ensure the business has a solid risk framework in place

  • Advising on market changes and providing strategic financial recommendations

Qualifications

  • Full-time graduate. External graduates & non-graduates won't qualify

  • Qualified Chartered Accountant or a Full-time MBA Finance with 6-8 years of post-qualification experience

Additional Information

  • 8-10 years of post-qualification relevant experience.

  • Ability to work in ambiguity and drive changes

  • Strong Business Acumen - Sound decision-making skills based on accurate and timely analyses

  • Exceptional interpersonal communication and leadership skills, with the ability to communicate and manage stakeholders at all levels

  • Ability to lead by example and demonstrate a strong sense of integrity, ethics and dependability

  • Professional written and oral communication skills- Strategic thinking, planning and creative problem-solving skills.

  • Advanced computer software skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, SAP- Strong Business acumen: Pre-empts business risks by resolving potential issues & managing trade-offs to drive sustainable business benefits .- Acting as trusted advisors to the Business
