Job Description

The resource, within the Quality department (QMM), will have the opportunity to support the team in activities related to the control and improvement of production processes, contributing to the maintenance of the company's quality standards. The intern will be involved in monitoring activities, data analysis, document management, and support during audit inspections, gaining practical skills and a concrete understanding of quality management dynamics in an industrial environment.

In particular, the resource will be responsible for:

  • Implementing digital control plans in the turning department, including the definition of control frequencies and limits to reduce quality issues caused by production process instability;

  • Physically executing and mapping the current capability level of production machinery (Cmk and Cpk) for turning machines, necessary for defining control plans and frequencies;

  • Mapping cross-functional improvement activities (PDCA module) in the turning departments aimed at enhancing the capability of production machinery;

  • Project for reviewing and improving the control plans used in production, by analyzing frequencies, machine stability, and suitable measuring instruments.

Qualifications

🎯 Education: You are pursuing a degree in Engineering or a related field.

💻 Experience and know-how: You are proficient with the main IT tools (MS Office), especially Excel.

🗺️ Languages: You have a good command of English (minimum B2 level) and are fluent in Italian.

🫱🏼‍🫲🏼 Soft Skills: You are detail-oriented and results-driven. You have strong listening, interpersonal, and communication skills, and you are able to collaborate effectively at all levels. You are an excellent team player.
