Job Description

Position Overview:

 Regional Sales Manager promotes, sells and secures orders from existing and prospective customers through industry and product knowledge deploying a solutions-based approach. Also, achieves maximum sales profitability, growth and account penetration within an assigned territory and/or market segment by effectively selling the company’s products and/or services. The successful candidate will have well-established industry connections and reside in their territorial area

Essential Job Functions

o Establishes, fosters and maintains business relationships with current and prospective customers in the assigned territory/market segment to generate new business for the company’s products and services

o Makes telephone calls, in-person visits and presentations to existing and prospective customers

o Researches sources for developing prospective customers information to determine their potential

o The ability to gather market intelligence in the upstream oil & gas market including competitors o Self-motivated individual with a strong bias toward action

o Expedites the resolution of customer challenges and concerns

o Plans and organizes personal sales strategy

o Supplies management with oral and written reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities and the potential for new products and services

o Keeps abreast of product applications, technical services, market conditions, competitive activities and advertising and promotional trend through the reading or pertinent literature

o Participate in trade shows and conventions

o Adheres to company policies, procedures, and rules

o Create and maintain a safe and sanitary working environment

o Maintain a positive, team-oriented attitude

o Must be a person of influence with a strong moral compass and impeccable ethics personally and professionally

Qualifications

• Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field of study

• 3-5 years sales experience in oil & gas production equipment, specifically separation equipment and processes
