Nanny Placement Manager (FT)                                                                         Exempt

Basic Information:

           Position is full-time, salaried.

           Hours are Monday-Thursday 9am-5pm and every other Friday/Saturday.

           Position is responsible for

  • Sales process and management of new nanny family inquiries
  • Supervision and retention of nanny family clients
  • Management of nannies including recruitment, interviewing, hiring + training, scheduling, and retention
  • Achievement of bi-weekly nanny revenue, hours and gross margin goals
  • Community networking and relationship building on behalf of CNT

           Work in a clean, well-lit office.

           Some travel required.  Must have valid driver’s license.

Job Description: College Nannies + Tutors of Woodbury, MN is seeking a qualified individual to help us manage our team of nannies and expand our wonderful client base.  The Nanny Placement Manager is responsible for the recruitment, hiring, and retention of our nanny team.  This includes activities such as: attending job fairs, hanging recruitment flyers, interviewing candidates, processing background screens, completing new hire paperwork, and training.  It also includes post-hiring management such as coaching, disciplinary actions, and positive reinforcement.  The Nanny Placement Manager also has the responsibility of assisting with marketing and bringing new clients on board.  This includes the inquiry process, in-home family meetings, and a variety of customer service activities.  As Nanny Placement Manager, the most important task is balancing the needs of our families and nannies.  This means providing the best care possible for our client’s children and providing a rewarding job experience for our nannies.

Qualifications


Qualifications & Experience:


           College degree in related field.

           Combination of 4 years’ experience and school work in related field

           Strong working knowledge of the internet and Microsoft products

           Excellent written and oral skills

           Strong organizational skills

           Self-starter, proactive, and creative problem solver

           Punctual and reliable

           Have an excellent phone rapport

           Demonstrate ability to work as part of a team

           Must pass background check with clean background
