Job Description

We are looking for FRENCH Customer Service Analysts to deliver service for an exciting new account for Computacenter.

YOUR ROLE:
You will be providing service to the client via phone, web and e-mail: receiving requests and finding the solutions to them.

Qualifications

REQUIREMENTS:
-TO SPEAK FRENCH 
-To have a VERY HIGH LEVEL OF ENGLISH
-To be proactive 
-To be customer oriented 
-To be a good communicator and be a fast learner
