Job Description

The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for servicing a variety of Connectivity products including but not limited to: Yellowbot, Connectivity's enterprise product and Connectivity's SMB self-serve product. Additionally, the Customer Service Representative will be responsible for client satisfaction and the timely resolution of client issues and concerns.

  • Provision of high-level customer service to Connectivity clients and customers, through various communication channels including phone support
  • Assisting in the onboarding of clients by merging data in Connectivity's administration platform 
  • Assisting in manual claiming of clients' locations by working directly to claim and verify client locations with key online business directories
  • Submitting user edits to top directories in an effort to help correct location information 
  • Working directly with small business locations to help them purchase and/or support Connectivity's new self-serve products 
  • Responsible for the client experience as it relates to billing, invoicing, chargebacks, and technical support issues related to the new self-serve products
  • Provision of administrative support to the Account Management team
  • Delivery of a weekly workload and progress report to the management team
  • Any other task or project assigned by management


Qualifications

  • Previous experience within a customer services team is required, preferably within a technical or software company 
  • Outstanding communication skills; ability to communicate with clients, customers and internal teams effectively and with confidence
  • Highly motivated and self-driven to achieve results 
  • Able to multitask and handle multiple and shifting priorities
  • Strong organization and problem solving skills are essential
  • Excellent computer skills, tech savvy, proficiency with Mac and Google products
